Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
  • Ready to ship items: 1-3 business days
  • Made to order items (bows): 3-5 business days
  • Preorders: as posted in listing

If I experience a high volume of orders there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders.  Please note that shipping times are in addition to processing times and delays with USPS are out of my control.

Shipping Time and Costs

  • Shipping charges for your order will be as follows:

    • $0-$35: $4 ($8 for priority)

    • $35.01-$50: $6 ($10 for priority)

    • $50.01-$74.99: $8 ($12 for priority)

    • $75+: FREE SHIPPING! (If your package is over 1 pound it will automatically ship priority.

Shipping Methods:

​

USPS First Class Mail: 1-5 days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 days

USPS First Class International: varies by destination

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Dahlia Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. When your order is ready, contact me through email or Facebook to set up a pickup time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Dahlia Boutique!  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please send me an email and I will do my best to make it right. If you would like to return something, please see the details below.

Order Cancellation

Please inform me by email within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel.

Conditions for Returns
  • In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • Your item(s) were received within the last 14 days

    • The following items cannot be returned:

      • All 'made to order' items (bows, special orders)

      • Any item that has been worn for longer than needed to assess the fit

      • Any item that has been washed

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

  • Only regular priced 'ready to ship' items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.

Returning Items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s) to us. Please send your return to:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
